Sharp Brains is looking for an IT Support professional for a backfill, freelance/B2B contract lasting 1 year with extension potential. The role is on-demand, 5 days a week, requiring more than 3 years in IT support and hands-on desktop/laptop troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include IMAC tasks, OS imaging, SCCM/Intune/ServiceNow usage, AD tasks, and VIP onsite support during outages. Strong knowledge of Windows and basic MAC support is expected.
