Salesforce Business Analyst (Contract)Italy | Fully Remote | Contract RoleShape the Future of Salesforce Delivery in a High-Impact Business RoSe sta pensando di inviare una candidatura, si ricordi di premere il pulsante apposito dopo aver letto l'intera descrizione.leWe are partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experience d Salesforce Business Analy st to join a strategic Salesforce transformation programme on a fully remote contract basis (Italy) .This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and playing a key role across the full delivery lifecycle within a high-impact environment.You will be part of a collaborative delivery team supporting critical Salesforce initiatives across the business.Key Responsibilities:Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teamsLead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviewsAnalyse and document business processes, pain points, and future-state Salesforce solutionsTranslate business needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements,



and acceptance criteriaSupport end-to-end delivery across Salesforce programmes, from discovery through to UAT and go-liveCollaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment between business and technical solutionsSupport user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise or multi-country environmentsStrong knowledge of Salesforce xysqume platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum / SAFe)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working fully remote (based in Italy)Fluent in Italian; English is a plusWhat's on OfferFully remote contract role (Italy-based)Competitive daily rateHigh-visibility role within a strategic Salesforce programmeOpportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level Salesforce initiativesImmediate start available
