YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the development of integrated systems incorporating DC fast chargers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformers and renewable energy sources

- Develop the system architecture, topology, power and energy sizing, modularity, and construction concepts (skid/container)

- Lead the development of power flow logics, load management strategies, and SCADA/monitoring requirements

- Lead the system-level integration of MV transformers, LV distribution, BESS, chargers and renewable energy sources

- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, grid codes, functional safety and cybersecurity requirements

- Coordinate outsourced engineering activities (e.g. mechanical design)

- Define and oversee system validation and laboratory testing of the integrated systems

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a similar subject





- Strong experience in the system engineering or architecture of complex energy or power electronics-based systems. xysqume

- Good knowledge of grid integration, BESS, SCADA/EMS and compliance processes

- Proven experience in technical leadership or people management

- Structured, systems-level thinking and strong communication skills

- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German are a plus
