Support the Organization & Change Management Function in the following key topics: - Human Resources Management;
- Organization;
- HRIS;
- Performance Evaluation;
- Succession Planning;
- Talent Review;
- Compensation;
- E-Learning;
- Change Management;

working together to shape the future of our company. For this role, we’re looking for someone with: - Holder of a University Master’s degree preferably in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or similar;
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams);
- Confidentiality and discretion;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
- Proactivity, Flexibility, Problem solving;
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset;
