ph3Scope of the Role /h3 pThe candidate’s primary responsibility is to identify, evaluate and finalize new opportunities within the business development strategy with the objective to support and expand the company overall growth and profitability. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAnalyze and support the execution of BD opportunities including: /p ul liIdentify new opportunities (product acquisitions, product co-development, product in/out-licensing and asset acquisition) /li liCoordinate and facilitate the assessment of new opportunities from a scientific and marketing point of view /li liPrepare product forecasting and modeling, including competitive intelligence, pricing, risk assessment and scenario planning /li liInitiate and coordinate the due diligence process on projects /li liSupport financial, NPV, due diligence efforts to provide recommendations on viability of products/programs /li liCoordinate the negotiation of transaction agreements /li /ul h3Profile Description /h3 ul liDegree in Science or Economics /li liSolid project management experience /li liExperience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a BD role (preferred)



/li liGood interpersonal skills and ability to work and lead inter-functional teams /li liExcellent knowledge of Office Automation SW and Tools (Excel and PowerPoint are a must) /li liSkills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis /li liAbility to present information in a concise and efficient manner /li liHigh confidence and ability to present to, and influence, senior management /li liAbility to understand and negotiate complex contract agreements /li liDirect experience in business transactions (licensing, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures) is a plus /li liFluent in written and spoken English /li /ul h3Salary Benefits /h3 pSalary range: €56,000 – €75,000. /p pThe compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
