Purpose of the job

The General Services & Admin Support manages a multitude of tasks related to general services and team assistance. The person will perform clerical services, logistical support, and other related duties in accordance with day-to-day requirements.

Summary of responsibilities

-

- Performing basic and general clerical tasks (reception, email and post correspondence, phone calls, record keeping).

- Managing relationships with the cleaning company (e.g., organising ordinary and extraordinary interventions).

- Ordering and organising welcome kits and gadgets for new hires and events.





- Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for use and fully equipped.

- Ensuring the functioning of vending machines and dealing with the vendors.

- Storing and distributing stationery and stocks of office.

- May act as courier in the pickup and delivery of documents, materials, equipment, supplies.

- Support expats with their relocation requirements (housing, documentation, etc.).

- Arrange travels (hotel bookings, flights) as requested.

- Assisting in the organisation of different company events. xysqume

- Support in translations from English to Italian and vice versa.
