compile tender packages and organize call for tender / request for quotationAnswer to tenderers requests for clarificationStudy, compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditionsOrganize and lead negotiations with suppliers associated with award and performance of POsEnsure the follow-up of purchase orders until complete reception and paymentEnsure rapid and correct validation of PO’sEnsure reception of acknowledgement of receipt for PO’s from suppliersEnsure Suppliers’ deliveries on timeFollow-up of goods receipt until affiliate’s central warehouse.Negotiate and solve all changes leading to amendment from Métier Partners or suppliers/contractorsClarify discrepancies between material received and orders, if any with suppliersAdhere to materials management policies and procedures defined by HQ for all activities performed including the use of integrated business systems (SAP)We offer a one-year employment contract through a staffing agencyMaster’s degree, preferably in Management EngineeringInternational exposurePrevious experience in purchasing goods and/or services in the petroleum industry will be a plusInterpersonal skills, problem solving, planning and organizationEnglish and Italian mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
