- Hybrid Work FHP di R. Freudenberg S.A.S. You support our team as JUNIOR MANAGER GLOBAL PROCUREMENT **Responsibilities**: - Manage external procurement activities and supplier management.
- Oversee a specific group of supplier relationships and monitor their performance within your area of responsibility.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Provide input and support the execution of our Procurement segment strategy.
- Analyze market trends, be on top of material price evolution and propose and execute savings projects e.g. relocation of sources or usage of alternative materials, cost optimizaion.
- Run benchmarks,



with existing and potential new suppliers and coordinate their timely execution together with cross-functional team members and in alignment with your Global Segment Lead
- You will be part of the global and regional New Product Development team together with Marketing, R&D;, QA, SCM, Procurement, Production. **Qualifications**: - A degree in business administration or industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences), preferably with major in Business, Procurement or Logistics qualifies you for this exciting role.
- You bring 2 years’ experience in Procurement or SCM in local or international operations (international company with comparable tasks is advantageous). Experience in FMCG, Production, Technical positions and knowledge of SAP ERP are appreciated.
- As you collaborate with international teams, your English needs to be fluent in writing and speaking. Italian fluency is nice to have
- Expertise working with MS Excel for data analysis
- Excellent communication and social skills enable you to work in an international as well as multi-cultural environment.
