**Essential Responsibilities**: - Serve as the primary authority in MDS management, ensuring compliance with the latest business processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain reports, metrics, and other deliverables using Microsoft Office tools to ensure leadership has a clear view of manning and operational performance.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in business processes, ensuring alignment with mission objectives. **Minimum Requirements**: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective training for system users.
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate daily correspondence with users and managers.
- Ability to manage metrics, reporting, and documentation with high attention to detail.
- Must have an active secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance. **Preferred Qualifications (not required)**: - Previous experience supporting FDRMC or similar ship maintenance and repair organizations.




- Familiarity with time and attendance systems and file management practices.
- Experience working in an international environment or for a multinational organization.
