The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. **#ELC Supply Chain** **The Role** The ELC Supply Chain department is looking for a brilliant recent graduate to join the Continuous Improvement Team. The **Continuous Improvement Intern** will support the Italian Affiliate team during a period of significant innovation and expansion.



This role offers a dynamic environment where the intern will gain valuable experience and knowledge in Supply Chain management. **Key Performance Areas** The intern will be involved in the **Continuous Improvement Project**. The main goal of this project is to create a tool to track orders from their creation to delivery to the client, improving visibility, efficiency, and client satisfaction. **Phases**:
**1. Requirements Analysis**
- Engage stakeholders to gather needs and objectives;
- Map the existing process and identify areas for improvement;
- Define KPIs to monitor and evaluate system performance, such as delivery times, order delay percentages, and customer satisfaction levels. **2. System Design**
- Define the data to be tracked (order status, times, couriers, etc.);
- Choose technology and tools;
- Design the user interface and the automatic notification system. **3. Tool Development**
- Create the tracking system integrated with company systems;
- Test and train users on its use. **4.Implementation and Monitoring**
- Launch the system, monitor performance, and resolve initial issues;
- Collect feedback to optimize the tool. **5. Continuous Optimization**
- Analyze collected data to improve processes;
- Perform regular updates to ensure long-term effectiveness. **Expected Results** Increased operational efficiency, reduced delays, improved tracking, data-driven decision-making, continuous process improvement. **Requirements**: - Degree in a scientific, engineering, or economic discipline;
- Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset;
- General understanding of supply chain and planning processes;
- Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
