This is an excellent opportunity for someone with more than 2 years of commercial back office or order processing experience who is looking to further develop their career in an international environment. You will support the Italian market by managing sales operations, coordinating with internal departments and assisting with export-related activities. The ideal candidate should have commercial back-office experience, strong Excel skills and a proactive approach to customer support and problem solving. /ppb(Ref: KA47478 - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /b /p pb Main Responsibilities /b /pulli Process customer orders and enter orders into the ERP system in line with quotations and existing contracts /lili Prepare order confirmations, proforma invoices and maintain customer master data /lili Produce and update operational reports to support management decision-making /lili Act as the operational contact for customers and coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and After-sales teams /lili Monitor orders and deliveries, resolving operational issues,



delays and customer enquiries /lili Prepare documentation for domestic and export shipments /lili Support process improvements and provide administrative support across departments /li /ul pb Ideal Candidate /b /pulli Over 2 years' experience in sales administration or order processing /lili High school diploma or university degree /lili Native-level fluency in Italian /lili Business level of fluency in English /lili Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and Pivot Tables /lili Experience using ERP or other business management systems /lili Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail /lili Proactive team player with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities /li /ul pb Conditions /b /pulli Location: Milan, Italy /lili Working Style: office-based /lili Salary: €25,000-€28,000 per annum depending on experience /lili Job Type: permanent, full-time /lili Working Hours: 40h per week /lili Start: negotiable /li /ul pb*All applicants for the Sales Support position must have the right to work in Italy without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support. xrdbqlu /b /pp If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
