**Project Leader**:
Zehus is looking for a Project Leader to join our team, based at our Orsenigo (CO) or Milan office.
In this role, you will play a key part in the development of our smart products for light electric mobility: integrated and connected systems dedicated to the world of e-bikes.
You will be responsible for planning and managing product development activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.
**More specifically, you will**:
Define project development plans and oversee the entire lifecycle, from kickoff to production launch;




Monitor and ensure compliance with project timelines and internal milestones, guaranteeing quality and alignment with customer expectations;
Manage technical documentation and internal/external reporting;
Collaborate with the R&D;, Purchasing, Process Engineering, and Quality teams, coordinating cross-functional activities.
**This role is right for you if**:
You have a technical background, ideally with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or similar);
You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management, ideally in product development or the automotive sector;
You are organized, proactive, and have a strong aptitude for teamwork and problem solving;
You are familiar with PM tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, etc.) and have a solid understanding of the APQP approach;
You are fluent in spoken and written English;
You are passionate about bikes, technology, or sustainable mobility.
