In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality benchmarks. /pulliDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures /liliConduct statistical process control (SPC)
analyses to identify areas for improvement /liliPerform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions /liliMonitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential problems /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes /liliEnsure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations /liliPrepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders /liliTrain and mentor team members on quality control techniques and best practices /liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects /liliConduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the production process /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPreferably Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field /liliKnowledge about Rubber or previous experience in Rubber field industry is considered a plus /liliMinimum 1-3 years of experience in quality control or related field within a manufacturing environment /liliStrong data analysis and reporting skills /liliExperience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies /liliKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles /liliProficiency in quality control software and tools /liliExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills /liliStrong analytical and critical thinking abilities /liliEffective communication and interpersonal skills /liliAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment /liliFamiliarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
