About The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Milan office and become the operational backbone of our commercial engine. This is a hands‑on, data‑first role: you’ll spend most of your day inside spreadsheets, dashboards, and our CRM, turning raw data into insights that drive sales and business decisions.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations,



and Finance to make sure our revenue processes run cleanly and the right data reaches the right people at the right time. If you’ve thrived in a startup or scale‑up where things move fast and you had to figure things out yourself, you’ll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

- CRM Ownership: Keep our CRM accurate and up to date - pipeline hygiene, deal stage management, data quality. You’re the person who notices when something’s off and fixes it, improve efficiency of the tool and enforce compliance across the commercial team.

- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain the dashboards and reports that give Sales and leadership visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, revenue performance, forecasting, and prepare regular commercial reporting for the board.

- Data Analysis: Dig into commercial data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Translate numbers into clear, actionable takeaways for non‑technical stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Map our lead‑to‑close processes, spot friction points, and collaborate with Ops and KYB/Compliance teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

- Sales Support: Assist with territory planning, account assignments,



and ad hoc analyses.

- Tool & Stack Management: Help manage and optimise the tools in our revenue tech stack: from CRM integrations to enrichment and automation tools.

Requirements

-

- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related analytical role.

- Background in a startup, scale‑up, or small team environment: you know what it means to operate without a playbook.

- You live in data: advanced spreadsheet skills, able to build clean, readable reports from scratch, and comfortable turning raw data into structured insights.

- Hands‑on experience with a CRM tool and AI reporting.

- Strong analytical mindset: you ask the right questions, structure problems clearly, and communicate findings simply.

- Proactive and autonomous: you don’t wait to be told something is broken.
