We are a women's footwear brand, Vivaia, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team! If you have a passion for retail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! **Requirements**: - 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English and Malay.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in the preparation of periodic reports.




- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Take a lead role in customer service & product display.
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service.
- Assist in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Tempo indeterminato, Tempo determinato Retribuzione: a partire da €25.000,00 all'anno Disponibilità: - Festivo
