ph3Why This Role Matters /h3 pThis Maintenance Technician will keep our multi-technology facility running smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in maintaining uptime, driving improvement projects, and supporting compliance and safety across the plant. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPerform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on additive manufacturing machines (SLA, SLS, DLP, DMP) /li liManage the preventive maintenance schedule in line with manufacturer cycles /li liDiagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical faults and respond to minimize downtime /li liCalibrate process parameters and manage the additive manufacturing spare parts inventory /li liCoordinate with OEMs and service providers for specialized assistance /li liMaintain CNC machining centres, injection moulding presses, and vacuum casting systems /li liEnsure proper operation of general facility systems (electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, process fluids) /li liSupervise external contractors and maintenance providers /li liVerify compliance with health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and manage PPE and workshop safety procedures /li liTrack fault reports via the internal ticketing system and update plant documentation /li liParticipate in continuous‑improvement projects, root‑cause analysis, and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs) /li liSupport implementation of predictive‑maintenance practices (condition monitoring, vibration analysis, thermography) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic,



Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent /li li3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in high‑technology manufacturing /li liIn‑depth knowledge of at least one 3D‑printing technology (SLA, SLS, DLP, DMP) with hands‑on experience preferred /li liSolid mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance skills on industrial machinery /li liWorking knowledge of CNC systems (3/5‑axis) and familiarity with injection moulding / vacuum casting is a plus /li liAbility to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics and technical documentation in Italian and English /li liExperience with CMMS / GMAO systems and maintenance planning tools /li liKnowledge of workplace health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008) /li liStrong problem‑solving mindset and flexibility to work outside normal hours for breakdowns /li liTechnical‑level English for reading manuals and communicating with international suppliers /li liCertifications on AM systems (e.g., 3D Systems Certified Technician, EOS Service Training) are an advantage /li liWe welcome applications from protected categories (Law 68/99) /li /ul h3Benefits Opportunities /h3 ul liPermanent, full‑time position with a global leader in advanced manufacturing /li liDynamic, international environment driven by technological innovation /li liOpportunities to work with additive manufacturing, CNC machining, injection moulding, and vacuum casting /li liStructured training programme with access to AM system training and certifications from leading manufacturers /li liDirect involvement in facility improvement and development projects /li liOpportunities for professional growth in an inclusive and respectful workplace /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
