**Your job** As a Store Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of the Gallery and a key player in the success of the point of sale. Your main tasks will be: - Ensure your sales hotlines and supervise the gallery team in order to offer an unforgettable customer experience to our visitors;
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the gallery (cleanliness, stock, security);
- Manage schedules and the distribution of daily tasks;
- Ensure the reporting of sales and productivity figures;
- Participate in the initial and continuous training of salespeople and be a source of proposals for the continuous improvement of our service. **Your profile**
- First successful experience as a sales consultant in a retail brand required;

- Strong appetite for the business / retail environment;
- Fluent Italian, English & German;
- Excellent commercial and managerial skills;
- Willingness to participate in an ambitious project. **Conditions**
- Type of contract: permanent contract
- Start: ASAP
- Full-time job: 40 hours/week
