Come be part of our dynamic team and help us shape the future of payments in Europe. **Join us**as an** FP&A; Associate** and let's make magic happen together. **Role overview** As an integral member of the Finance team, as an FP&A; Associate, you will work cross-functionally with departments like Marketing, Business Development, Product, HR, and Legal to drive business performance, ensure financial sustainability, and support strategic growth. This role will lead financial planning, monitor business metrics, and evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, directly contributing to business case development, budget ownership, and financial modeling while supporting the evolution of our long-term business plan and performance goals. Your mission: - ** Drive financial planning.** Lead and support planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment with company strategy through scenario analysis and target setting.
- ** Analyze business performance.** Examine P&L; performance, revenue streams, margins, and cost structures to identify growth and efficiency levers.
- ** Partner with cross-functional teams.** Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, gathering inputs and challenging assumptions for more accurate financial planning.




- ** Build financial models and reports.** Create and maintain financial models and reports to support budgeting, pricing, and investment cases.
- ** Monitor key performance indicators.** Develop dashboards and tools to track key business and financial performance indicators of different products.
- ** Co-develop business cases.** Participate in creating business cases for new product launches and strategic initiatives, assessing ROI and financial risks.
- ** Analyze OPEX and labor trends.** Examine OPEX and labor trends, run productivity benchmarks, and propose cost optimization initiatives.
- ** Support strategic projects.** Assist in strategic projects and help define financial KPIs for new business models and long-term planning.
- ** Contribute to closing activities.** Participate in monthly and quarterly closing activities with variance analyses and performance commentaries. Your ideal profile: - ** Relevant experience.** 3-5 years of experience in FP&A;, strategic finance, or controlling within high-growth environments.
- ** Financial acumen.** Solid knowledge of financial statements and their interdependencies.
- ** Modelling skills.** Strong Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills; experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- ** ERP experience.** Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,



NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
- ** Analytical mindset.** A structured mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- ** Communication skills.** You’re able to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- ** Proactive attitude.** You bring a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude, with a passion for helping businesses grow sustainably.
