Mediobanca is looking for an Organizational Analyst to join the Organizational Development and Internal Regulation team. Analyst's main tasks and responsibilities will be: - Execution of projects focused on the reorganization of Group activities (e.g.: set-up of new organizational unit);
- Internal assessments aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness of activities. Feasibility studies and benchmarking activities;
- Business process analysis and re-engineering;
- Overseeing and management of Group internal regulatory framework;
- Coordination of the activities aiming at the update of the internal regulation **Requisiti**: - 4 - 6 years working experience in banking sector and/or leading consulting firms
- Previous experience in Organizational Units
- Good knowledge of:Organizational analysisBusiness process analysis and re-engineeringUnderstanding of banking processes with focus on investment banking/private banking/asset management core processesBusiness planning
- Master degree level
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- ARIS (process mapping) and Microstrategy (business intelligence)
- Problem-solving attitude
- Analytical approach and ability to synthesize information
- Good communication and relational skills
