We are looking for a motivated Analyst with a strong sense of initiative to join our Corporate Finance division, specifically in the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions team, based in Milan. As an Analyst, you will support origination and execution projects, playing a key role in client relationships and transaction processes. **Key Responsibilities**: - Perform financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling.
- Prepare client presentations, deal memoranda, and other supporting documentation for origination and execution phases.
- Conduct company and industry analyses and develop profiles.
- Analyze potential targets or assess acquisition capacities for prospective buyers.
- Stay informed on developments in M&A;, equity, and debt markets. **Requisiti**: - Up to 2 years of experience in Investment Banking.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
