Acting as the operational interface between onsite teams and central functions, you will ensure accurate information flow, timely escalation of issues, and continuous alignment between planning and execution. /p pThe position will be based in Bologna,
but the role requires regular onsite presence and close collaboration with installation teams, subcontractors, supply chain, and engineering functions. /p pThe Onsite Project Coordinator reports directly to the Project Manager / PMO Lead. /p pMain responsibilities will include: /p ul liOnsite Presence Coordination /li liAttend customer meetings and all relevant onsite coordination meetings. /li liAct as the primary onsite point of contact for installation teams and subcontractors. /li liMonitor daily installation progress and immediately report deviations from plan. /li liEnsure consistent onsite presence to support execution and coordination activities. /li liMaterials Supply Chain Coordination /li liTrack material availability and delivery status in coordination with Supply Chain. /li liUpdate delivery priorities and dates based on installation needs. /li liAlign installation planning with material readiness. /li liReport missing materials, delivery delays, and their impact on the project schedule. /li liResource Monitoring /li liMonitor availability of onsite resources, tools, and equipment. /li liIdentify needs for resource optimization, reinforcement, or shift changes. /li liSupport the planning and coordination of additional shifts when required. /li liProject Planning Reporting /li liMaintain and update the project Gantt chart on a daily basis using Microsoft Project. /li liIdentify blocking points and propose mitigation or recovery actions.
/li liProvide structured daily progress updates to the PMO, including status, issues, and risks. /li liMaintain accurate documentation of progress, decisions, and open points. /li liProactively identify risks related to installation activities, materials, or sequencing. /li liEscalate critical issues to the PMO with clear impact and urgency assessment. /li liSupport the definition and tracking of recovery and mitigation actions. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful: /h3 ul liProven experience in onsite coordination roles or project execution environments. /li liStrong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project required). /li liAbility to read and understand technical and engineering documentation. /li liStrong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. /li liProblem‑solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure. /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li liAvailability to work from Bologna 30% of the time /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44.400, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. /p pThe compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 8% of base salary at target /p pA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. /p pThe applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico. /p pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer.
