- Expand the customer base across Italy while strengthening and growing existing accounts
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop high-potential business opportunities
- Translate customer needs and challenges into customized technical solutions
- Manage and advance projects end-to-end, from initial contact through design-in to revenue generation
- Serve as the central point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and key industry events

Your Profile
- Strong “hunter” mindset with a high level of ownership and a clear focus on closing deals
- Technically curious,
with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently xysqume in a performance-oriented environment
- Engineering background with around 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application roles
- Interest in photonics, thermal management, or power technologies
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is an advantage
