**About us**:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within the defined budget and scope while meeting the expectations and needs of our clients. As an IT Project Manager, you are going to strengthen our PMO team and contribute to the success of our clients and biggest projects. The IT Project Manager is a crucial team-member responsible for the project delivery and improvement processes. **Your responsibilities**: - Developing the agile project scope, milestones and objectives, documenting those accordingly and ensuring the project execution takes place according to the agreed plan;
- Ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget;
- Planning resource availability and allocation;
- Using appropriate techniques and methodologies to manage changes to project scope, cost, and schedule or other KPIs defined by the department;
- Preparing reports and escalating to management as needed;
- Developing and managing relationships with clients and all stakeholders;
- Performing risk analysis and management;Drafting and maintaining thorough project documentation; **About you**: - You are fluent in English AND Italian. (Italian Native speakers only)
- You are organized, analytical and a team player;




- Experience in complex projects and crisis management;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, combining IT and functional expertise;
- Excellent internal and client-facing communication skills;
- Strong working knowledge of the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence);
- Experience in Agile software development and story writing;
- Solid understanding of software development life-cycle and knowledge of the traditional as well as Agile project management practices and the ability to combine them together to fit the project and customer business requirements;
- Prince2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL or any other relevant certifications are an advantage;
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills;Business analysis experience is an advantage; **Working conditions** Might need to travel to client premises or conferences up to 10% of the time. **Benefits**: - Flexible working hours
