**This position reports to**:
Project Manager **Your role and responsibilities**: - Get used and learn customer Tool in order to manage claims;
- Open, analyze and close old and new claims. - Uploading and checking purchase orders in our ERP system, SAP, toward our suppliers, granting the correct execution of the whole process. - Supporting the revenue recognition process, following up with customers and suppliers, also ensuring the correct process execution in SAP. - Handling improvement projects related to KPI management, data analysis, and standardization (i.e., PowerBi projects, checklist handover maintenance and improvement, backlog and LDs analysis, etc.). - Preparing and sharing questionnaires with suppliers and clients to evaluate our project management process and behaviors, aiming to improve customer perception toward ABB.



- Analyzing the project execution process together with the project management team to improve and standardize the different phases and activities. - Joining a high-performing team and thriving in a collaborative environment. **Qualifications for the role**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or engineering.
- You enjoy working in a team, you are a dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Office Package, PowerBi is considered a plus.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English both written and spoken. **More about us**:
