We are looking for a Project Manager for our PDS business line.

Role Purpose
**The Project Manager supporting the Project Management team in**:
Project Management of the assigned projects, with specific focus on office, logistic/industrial/data center, living, hospitality;
Being an effective and pro-active single point of contact with the Client:
Willing to take ownership of the issues until their positive resolution
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Effective management of the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Qualified as Engineer or Architect;
Knowledge in Project Management principles, best practices,
methods and tools
A minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role;
An experience in a complex construction site project will be considered a plus
Completely proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / AutoCAD / MS Project;
Effective operational proficiency in English;
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated;
Must be flexible and a team player;
Organized professional and excellent communicator;
Interested in and have a knowledge about sustainability (LEED, BREEAM, WELL certifications);
Contract management experience will be a plus
