Experteer Overview

In this role you will design and optimize embedded systems for our appliance line, bridging hardware and software within an Agile development process. You’ll drive hardware‑software integration, MCU firmware, and secure device‑to‑cloud connectivity. The position offers hands‑on work from prototyping to production, with opportunities to apply IoT cloud integration and emerging technologies. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver a cohesive end‑to‑end user experience and contribute to fast‑paced product iterations.

- Translate product requirements into technical specs for hardware and software ecosystems
- Contribute to hardware design reviews, schematic validation, and board bring‑up for new PCB revisions
- Develop/validate low‑level drivers and firmware for MCUs, sensors, and peripherals
- Codesign and maintain C/C++ firmware for IoT-enabled appliances
- Establish secure device‑to‑cloud connectivity using AWS IoT or Azure IoT




- Collaborate with EMS partners to scale prototyping to mass production and support test fixtures
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Partner with cloud, mobile, and UX teams to define system APIs and end‑to‑end experience
- Drive Agile/Scrum processes with sprint planning and iterative feature delivery

Responsabilità
- 1–3 years of embedded software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C programming
- Experience with at least one IoT cloud platform (AWS xysqume IoT or Azure IoT Hub)
- Understanding of basic electronics and hardware concepts
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and Git
- Knowledge of IoT network protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, HTTPS)
- Experience with wireless tech (Wi-Fi, BLE)
- Good understanding of 8/16/32-bit MCUs
- Proficient English communication skills
- Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn about AI‑assisted productivity tools
- Willingness to travel upon needs
