Due to business expansion, CIRRO is offering an opportunity for the position of **Warehouse Lead** in our warehouse located in **Rome.** **Job title: Warehouse Lead** (full-time) **Job location**: Rome, Italy **Responsibilities**: - Supervise and guide team members in manual parcel sorting and scanning, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of daily processing targets.
- Organize and coordinate the daily operations of the distribution center, optimizing shift schedules and task allocation to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing on-site logistics operations and coordinate transfer batch arrangements to ensure smooth transitions between processes. Coordinate and manage DSP pickups and daily linehaul transportation vehicle scheduling.
- Proactively identify and analyze operational issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, delays), develop solutions to reduce risks and operational costs.
- Regularly report team performance and operational metrics to upper management and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments, external contractors, and partners to ensure operational processes align with business goals and standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. **Job Requirements**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics field; team-leading or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Familiar with warehouse operation processes, with basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel or WMS systems).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive team collaboration and goal achievement.
- Capable of working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with the ability to solve unexpected issues.
- Proficiency in Italian and Mandarin is preferred; basic communication skills in English are a plus.
- Must be available to work onsite 5 days per week, with flexibility to work overtime or shifts based on operational needs. Pay: From €2,700.00 per month Application Question(s): - Can you accept this job location?
