You will:Follow each person’s support plan to help them work toward their personal goalsHelp with everyday tasks like personal care, meals, and daily routines when neededMake sure the people we support are safe, healthy, and comfortable at all timesDrive and go along with individuals to appointments, activities, and outings in the communityBe a positive role model and speak up for the people you support when neededHelp with light cleaning and household tasks to keep the home running smoothlyTake part in team meetings, trainings,
