In this role you lead the Client Support function for Euronext Clearing, ensuring high-quality operational and technical support to clearing members across asset classes. You will drive service excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement in post-trading processes. You act as the main contact for clearing members and collaborate with Operations, Risk, IT, and Product teams to resolve complex issues. This is a client-facing, impact-driven opportunity to strengthen client satisfaction and post-trading efficiency.

Analyze client feedback and operational data to spot trends, risks, and enhancement opportunities
Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of post-trading, clearing, or client support experience in financial institutions xysqume or market infrastructure
Solid understanding of post-trading processes and their operational impact
Proven client-facing or operational support experience with strong relationship skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Excellent English communication; additional European languages are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
