As we continue to push boundaries and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a talented and innovative Product Manager to lead our eyewear product development and innovation efforts.
**Position Overview**:
As a Product Manager specializing in laser eyewear, your responsibility is to support the Senior Product Manager in the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing products and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Support the development of new products for the laser line
- Suggest extensions/improvements to existing products and work to operationalize them once approved
- Support the management and operational activities regarding cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with various company departments, particularly Production and Quality, to ensure the proper execution of manufacturing activities




- Participate in alignment meetings with Project Teams
- Support the Quality and Customer Service Departments in analysing potential product/process issues
- Collaborate with the Product Certification area for the organization and supervision of product certification tests
- Support the Technical Office in the proper management of product/process changes (e.g., Bill of Materials updates) **Qualifications**: - Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education
- Preferred qualifications include education/experience in optoelectronics/photonic fields
- Min 3 years of experience in product development, project management and industrial processes
- Good knowledge of Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented approach **Lavoro da remoto policy**: 6 days/month remotely
