Through this collaboration, the Group contributes to the revival and expansion of the iconic Orient Express brand within Italy’s luxury hospitality landscape. /ph3What We Are Looking For /h3pReporting to the Senior Controller, the Capex Junior Controller will support the financial planning, monitoring and reporting of capital investment projects, contributing to the effective management of the Group's international development initiatives. /ph3Key Activities /h3ulliMonitor and control capital expenditure (Capex) related to Train and Real Estate projects, tracking physical and financial progress, reconciling committed costs, invoices and approved budgets, and supporting Capex cash flow forecasting. /liliSupport the consolidation of Group financial data by collecting, validating and reconciling information from different Group companies. /liliPrepare periodic financial reports, dashboards and comparative analyses using ERP systems and advanced Excel. /liliSupport budgeting,



forecasting and variance analysis activities. /liliAssist with data rooms, due diligence processes, month-end closing activities and implementation of internal procedures. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines. /lili1–3 years of experience in Capex Controlling, Controlling or Accounting. /liliExperience monitoring long-term investment or construction projects. /liliBasic knowledge of financial consolidation processes is preferred. /liliGood knowledge of Italian accounting principles; basic knowledge of IFRS. /liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel. /liliUnderstanding of Capex/Opex accounting and fixed asset capitalization. /liliAbility to read and interpret construction progress reports (SAL). /liliBudget reconciliation (planned vs actual vs committed). /liliBasic/intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central, SAP or Oracle). /liliBasic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau. /liliAbility to read and interpret financial statements. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliAccuracy and attention to detail. /liliAbility to meet deadlines and manage priorities. /liliProactive approach and willingness to learn. /liliTeamwork and collaboration. /liliFlexibility in a dynamic environment. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliAnnual gross salary ranging from €28.000 to €32.000; /liliSupplementary health insurance; /liliA culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. /li /ulpOur company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
