In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of leading Consumer Healthcare brands, supporting the definition and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth across the Italian market. brWorking in a dynamic and international environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Media and Global Marketing to ensure flawless execution of brand plans and product launches. brExecute brand plans in line with business objectives. brAnalyze sales performance, market share, distribution and key business KPIs, translating data into actionable recommendations and insights. brSupport the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints. brSupport the management of innovation projects, product launches, and packaging updates in collaboration with the Global Marketing team and cross-functional teams.
brSupport the coordination and development of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes. brSupport marketing spending review, monitor investments and evaluate campaign ROI. brPartner with the Sales team to develop customer activation plans and maximize in-store execution. brBuild strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. brDegree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or related disciplines. brExperience in Brand Management, Product Management or Marketing within Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries. brFluent Italian and English (written and spoken). brAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. brAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights. brProject management and organizational skills. brStrong communication and presentation skills.
