Role Overview:

Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in Italian
Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
Candidate Profile:

Strong communication & problem‑solving skills




Willing to relocate to Greece
Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
EU passport or Greek residency card (mush tave)
Relocation package: flight, ~2 weeks hotel, airport transfer, housing support
Full‑time contract
Base salary + performance bonus
