In your role you operate, accordingly to ITIL process, on Incident, Service Request and Change, including Third Parties relationship. In the CAM (Change Assurance Manager) role you are responsible for formal and content verification of each change to guarantee they are compliant with Deutsche Bank procedure. **Responsibilities assigned**: - Application Management: Application Support (Control and Monitoring), Incident Management, Service Request Management, Release Management.
- Ensure smooth Transition of projects from UAT phase to production phase by planning the activities in compliance with Banks Change Management policies.
- Application Monitoring to drive continuous enhancements for both stability and productivity.
- Manage relationship with Business (eg. Communications etc.)
- Manage relationship with Vendors (eg. For incident management etc.)
- Execute all required BCP and DR strategy in both test and non-test situations.
- Interfacing with internal and external IT Audits and contributing to the audit activities.
- Manage security certificates.
- Set up and maintain different environments for UAT and production, including management of hardware and software upgrades. **Skills required**: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in written.

- Knowledge of Application Architectures
- Knowledge and provable experience of midrange technologies (API, REST/SOAP protocols, Business Works, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, OpenShift etc.)
- Provable experience and knowledge of database systems (Oracle, etc.)
- Profound analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
