You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients. The Electrophysiology team in Italy is currently seeking for a Clinical Support Specialist, who will take in in charge the responsibility of our products in Lazio Region. You will join the Sales Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory, thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills. **In particular, the Clinical Support Specialist will**:
- support doctors and electrophysiologists in the ablation procedures of complex tachycardias through the use of the 3D CARTO electro anatomical mapping system in the Electrophysiology operating room
- manage relationships with all clinical interlocutors involved in the evaluation and purchase of the Division's products;
- solve, in support of customer needs, on problems that arise in the use of products/systems and develop any alternative solutions;
- be constantly updated on our products/system portfolio and know the competitive environment;
- deliver training programs on our products to clinical staff (physicians, nurses, technicians) **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering
- A brilliant academic track record is preferred
- A past experience in Electrophysiology segment is preferred
- Italian native, good knowledge of both written and oral English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Domicile or residence in Lazio
- Willingness to travel throughout the Italian territory
- Customer focus, results-driven attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Driving license, type B
