We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy. We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's objectives. **STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISITION** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners. **RECRUITMENT PROCESS & OPERATIONS** Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary. **ONBOARDING** Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork,



orientation, and integration into the team. University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment Fluency in both Italian and English Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities and tight deadlines. Goal-oriented and open-minded, with a proactive and “can do” attitude to work. Demonstrate accountability and commitment.
