- Support the coordination of high-aesthetic, narrative-driven video projects._ We are seeking a **detail-oriented, highly organised Video Production Coordinator** to help bring our cinematic editorial series and visual campaigns to life. This is a project-based position ideal for someone who thrives on managing timelines, booking crews and locations, and helping a creative vision unfold through clear structure and support. **Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling across multiple video shoots (fashion, editorial, lifestyle)
- Manage pre-production workflows including call sheets, booking talents, and communicating with stylists, set designers, and directors
- Oversee project timelines, shoot calendars, and delivery deadlines
- Liaise with creatives and crew across multiple cities
- Ensure smooth production days through planning, remote oversight, or on-site presence (optional)
- Help curate behind-the-scenes and social-ready production content with the team **Who We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent hands-on experience in production coordination or project management will also be considered
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace or production software
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
- A creative sensibility and appreciation for cinematic, fashion, or editorial aesthetics
