Experteer Overview

You will oversee the site maintenance plan using SAP PM, monitor reliability, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams and lead the Spare Parts unit to optimize assets and performance. This role focuses on maintaining KPIs, managing budgets, and ensuring GMP and safety compliance. You’ll contribute to world‑class maintenance practices in a global manufacturing setting, delivering reliable operations and cost‑efficient improvements.

- Manage the site maintenance plan via SAP PM (CMMS) and lead maintenance performance monitoring
- Drive reliability improvement initiatives and optimize spare parts management
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Production teams (global/local)
- Lead the Spare Parts team and support procurement activities
- Develop maintenance excellence through KPI reporting and targets tracking
- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance and reliability trends




- Support Head of Engineering & Maintenance in Opex/Capex budget management and reporting
- Contribute to contractor management and parts optimization
- Ensure GMP, safety, environmental and corporate compliance
- Maintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation

Responsabilità
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent technical background
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning in complex industrial environments
- Good knowledge of SAP xysqume PM is mandatory
- Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of TPM and Lean Manufacturing; safety regulations (GMP is a plus)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work cross‑functionally
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
