The ideal candidate will maintain relations with the customer, evaluate any variation to the contracts and produce periodical reports in order to show the project trends to his responsible. /p h3How You Will Do It /h3 ul liOverall responsibility for completing assigned installation projects ensuring on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation /li liLead creation and maintenance of the project plan. Work with the customer’s project management to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues /li liManage projects budgets looking for solutions that can improve the profit /li liControl cost and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes and products /li liDefine project schedule in accordance with customer requirements and internal resources availability /li liAbility to make decisions under pressure /li liComprehend Customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings /li liBuild positive work environment with the colleagues /li liBuild positive relationship with Customers /li liFollow all company’s filed procedures and protocols /li liCooperate with other teams and share information across the organization /li /ul h3What We Look For /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering /li liAt least 5 years’ Project Management experience /li liFluent English written and spoken /li liAbility to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules /li liAvailability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on board /li liFamiliarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration /li liProblem solving skills /li /ul h3Our Benefits /h3 pWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. The overall compensation package may include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
