operational departments, and key stakeholders. /li liSupport the implementation of digital tools, reporting systems, and process automation initiatives. /li liParticipate in project meetings, coordination committees, and meetings with external stakeholders or business partners when required. /li /ul h3Required Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liProven ability to coordinate projects and manage cross‑functional initiatives. /li liStrong understanding of organizational processes, operating models, and business workflows. /li liExcellent analytical, synthesis, and information‑structuring skills. /li liExperience preparing executive presentations and management reporting. /li liGood knowledge of project management and reporting tools. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li liExcellent command of both Italian and English. /li liFamiliarity with digital tools, organizational workflows, and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liStructured and solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. /li liExcellent interpersonal and cross‑functional coordination skills.
