ph3Job Description /h3 pJoin us in bGenoa /b as bIT Product Manager – Order Offer Management Systems /b and take ownership of high-impact digital solutions that power one of the most strategic platforms in our shore ecosystem. /p pIn this role, you will shape and drive the evolution of the Order Offer Management System (OOMS), a mission-critical platform orchestrating the end-to-end cruise reservation process—including cabin sales, transportation, and ancillary services. Partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will translate strategic needs into robust product capabilities that enable B2C and B2B revenue growth, scalability, and operational excellence across the sales ecosystem. /p h3Live your ambition. Lead with impact /h3 pYou will operate at the intersection of product strategy, business demand, and technology delivery, combining technical understanding, functional ownership, and execution rigor in a complex, international, mission-critical environment. /p h3Product Ownership Platform Vision /h3 pYou will develop a deep understanding of the OOMS platform, defining product requirements, shaping priorities, and ensuring coherent, scalable solutions across processes, systems, integrations, and releases. /p h3Business Strategy to Technical Delivery /h3 pYou will work with demand teams and corporate stakeholders to understand commercial and operational priorities, challenge requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications. /p h3End-to-End Delivery Governance /h3 pYou will govern initiatives across the delivery lifecycle—from discovery and requirement definition to testing, release,
