ph3Context of the Position /h3 pAs part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Italian market. This is a greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution. /p pThis position is designed for an experienced, highly qualified Health Safety professional who will serve as the guardian of operational compliance, risk mitigation, and workplace safety across our Madrid fulfillment and logistics network before and after site commissioning. /p h3The Mission Core Scope /h3 ul liThe Mission: Establish, audit, and enforce the full Health Safety (PRL) framework for our new Milan operations, ensuring 100% legal compliance with Italian labor laws prior to day‑one employee onboarding and throughout the site’s scale‑up. /li liThe Scope: You will take absolute ownership of risk assessment, accident prevention, security protocols, and regulatory reporting for the Madrid sites, working closely with local facility management and global risk compliance teams. /li /ul h3Crucial Expectations Performance Targets /h3 pTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /p ul liPre‑Launch Safety Validation: Successfully design, implement, and certify all protocols, evacuation plans, and safety signage across the Madrid network prior to operational go‑live. /li liRegulatory Compliance Certification:



Ensure zero critical non‑compliance findings or legal breaches from local Italian authorities and external prevention services. /li liCulture of Prevention: Build and execute comprehensive safety onboarding and continuous training programs for all incoming managers, supervisors, and high‑volume warehouse operators. /li liIncident Risk Architecture: Design robust, real‑time emergency response mechanisms, cargo asset protection workflows, and incident reporting channels that align local regulatory requirements with corporate headquarters. /li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 ul liGreenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified background of successfully managing or supporting health, safety, and risk compliance for a high‑volume warehouse, fulfillment center, or industrial site launch in Spain. /li liLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Italian is mandatory for technical local compliance and direct international corporate reporting.
