The Junior Product Manager is the key person that drive the execution into the territory for the brands & partners strategy.

The role manages directly or indirectly the brand & partner strategy trying to maximize the opportunity for the brands and partners in the market and for epay.

Requirements

Your tasks:

-

- Develop and maintain product roadmaps for new and existing content providers, working closely with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics, Finance)

- Plan, coordinate, and implement tailored marketing and communication plans for each assigned content provider

- Drive and align brand strategies, ensuring consistent collaboration between local teams and the global content team

Your skills:

-

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field

- 1 - 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a multinational company

- Previous experience in the service industry; background in Digital/Tech/Gaming/Entertainment is a plus





- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities

- Excellent communication skills across different audiences

- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

- Ability to set priorities and re‑prioritize as needed to meet deadlines

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Solid soft skills: project management, planning and organization, attention to detail

- Native Italian speaker and excellent written and spoken English skills
