What You’ll Be Doing
**As an HR Specialist, you will**: - Manage employment contracts and consultant agreements, ensuring accurate payroll inputs and data coordination with our external provider
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, scheduling, and feedback management.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of internal HR policies and agevolazioni programs.
- Schedule internal training and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor performance review cycles and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, including managing safety training and mandatory medical visits.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and optimise office spaces and work environments. What You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a scale-up, tech, or professional services environment
- Educational background in Human Resources or related fields
- Knowledge of Italian labour law and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience in managing recruitment, contracts, and payroll coordination
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and flexibility in managing multiple priorities What We Offer
