We are looking for a Head Sommelier to join our team.
Reports to Head Sommelier.
**Main duties & responsibilities**: - Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlet
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries
- Inventory and requisitions
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries. Avoid any waste and capable to control beverage margins;
- Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets **Requirements**:
**Competencies required**: - Sommelier Association membership degree appreciated (AIS or WSET)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally **Other requirements**: - Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability

- Start date: July 2025 to End date: January 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido Mare and a career path.
- Monthly gross salary around € 2.500 separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
