ph3Cosa Offriamo /h3h3Sales Manager Automation /h3pAs our Sales Manager, you'll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well-established network of clients and consultants. You'll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company's success. /ph3Tasks /h3ulli— Drive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customers and /lili— Developing strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutions. /lili— Depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments /lili— Analyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to the customer needs /lili— Consult the customers with the optimal solution based on factors such as throughput, space, and budget. /lili— Lead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, employing an added-value approach to build customer trust and secure project wins. /lili— Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project execution. /lili— Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline, and actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of order intake targets. /lili— Stay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction,
and actively participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli— Completed studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering (with a technical focus), or a comparable qualification (or technical training with business administration certification) /lili— Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or solution selling, preferably in the intralogistics automation industry. /lili— Strong network of contacts in the intralogistics automation market, including customers, consultants, and institutions. /lili— In-depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments. /lili— Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutions. /lili— Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our solutions to customers. /lili— Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. /lili— Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. /lili— Willingness to travel within the region. /lili— Fluency in English, German is a plus. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pAs an employer, in addition to excellent social benefits and attractive salary structures, we offer you a position with great scope for developing your own ideas, a challenging, interdisciplinary area of responsibility and comprehensive support within the framework of an international, collegial team. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
