ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes from multiple sources /li liPerform data exploration and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and business insights /li liBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance and support decision making /li liDevelop pricing and underwriting models /li liDesign and prototype AI applications /li liConduct research and development to find novel technical solutions /li /ul h3Key Requirements/Skills/Experience /h3 ul li4-7 years of previous experience in Insurance/Consulting companies or in roles focused on data analysis /li liMaster's degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalent /li liExcellent knowledge of SQL and Python /li liExperience in developing statistical and machine learning models /li liProficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint /li liStrong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills /li liTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures /li liFluent in English (both written and spoken) /li /ul h3NICE TO HAVE /h3 ul liKnowledge of Spark /li liExperience in WTW suites (Radar, Emblem) /li liPractical experience in AI tools and frameworks (e.g., custom AI skills, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG pipelines) /li /ul pPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 40.000,00 gross and € 50.000,00 gross.
Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
