Senior Project Planner – Data Centre (Commissioning) Location: Milan, Italy Contract: Freelance Duration: 6 Months Start: ASAP Overview We are supporting a leading data centre client delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner to join the team. The project is entering the commissioning phase following the appointment of a new General Contractor. As a result, the client is strengthening its internal planning team to support programme recovery and successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to work client-side on a live data centre project, supporting commissioning activities and working closely with the contractor to drive programme performance through to completion. Responsibilities Develop,



maintain and update Primavera P6 project programmes Support planning activities throughout the commissioning phase Monitor project progress and provide accurate programme updates Work closely with the General Contractor to ensure programme alignment Identify schedule risks and support recovery planning Produce planning reports and critical path analysis Coordinate with construction, commissioning and project management teams Ensure programme accuracy through to project completion Requirements 8–10 years' Project Planning experience Advanced Primavera P6 experience Previous Data Centre project experience (minimum 2–3 years) Previous commissioning planning experience within data centres Experience supporting live construction and commissioning projects Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English If interested please apply or email (email hidden)
