INDIPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE EYEWEAR (Relocation to Hungary):
About the job
This is a newly created division with tremendous opportunity of growth.
The Eyewear Sales Representative solicits and procures orders of Confidential Company product lines within the assigned geographical area (Hungary); Grows the market demand for the Confidential Company portfolio of products in a collection of customer accounts **Responsibilities**: - Effectively act as a business consultant on product knowledge, technology, pricing, and many other areas;
- Create close relationships with customers to execute corporate plans,
negotiate strategies, and meet business objectives;
- Deliver on volume and net sales objectives;
- Monitor and measure achievement against territory objectives and implement appropriate strategies to maximize performance;
- Motivate, support, coach, train and develop customers to maximize the sale of the portfolio of products;
- Build a strong working relationship with customers at all levels within the practices and businesses they manage (doctor, optician, store manager, etc.);
- Drive assortment plans with customers;
- Ensure brand visual merchandising standards are met; refresh and leverage POP materials;
- Utilize all brand materials to conduct regular customer staff trainings to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to the patient/consumer is translated consistently to brand positioning standards;
- Cultivate the existing customer base, while partnering with the local sales representative team to prospect for new potential customers in the market;
- Monitor customers’ payment cycles and credit history; **Requirements**: - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products.
- Strong Outside Eyewear Sales Experience, min 2 years preferred
- Proven territory management and call cycle skills
- Demonstrated track record in developing business-to-business relationships Ability to travel the territory
Business English proficiency
Driving License
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. **Job Type**: Tempo pieno Contract
Fixed salary + commission
