We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Welding Supervisor, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting welding operations, including equipment and personnel, at the Monfalcone site. You will ensure that welded products meet the required quality standards while complying with production schedules. The role involves direct supervision of welding activities, evaluation of materials and processes, and continuous improvement of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This is a full‑time position. /p pYou will report to the Technical Services Manager and be located in Monfalcone, Italy. This role is 100% onsite. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssess welder performance and recommend additional training or qualification programs to improve technical capabilities /li liEnsure adherence to safety protocols, welding procedures, and verify that welding equipment is maintained in proper operating condition /li liCritically evaluate the performance of welding materials and selected processes; provide structured feedback to internal functions when performance does not meet expectations /li liParticipate in the definition and optimization of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), including welding processes, parameters, and filler materials, balancing safety, quality, and cost /li liIdentify and correct poor fit-ups, over-welding, and inefficient practices that lead to material waste, excessive rework, scrap, unnecessary physical effort,



or production delays /li liManage welding qualification documentation and maintain accurate records of welding monitoring and supervision activities /li liPerform spot checks and sample inspections at welding workstations to verify compliance with procedures and quality requirements /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical diploma; IWI / IWE certification preferred /li li3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in manual welding within highly regulated manufacturing or industrial environments /li liSolid knowledge of welding processes, welder qualifications, and quality control requirements /li liWillingness and availability to work on a three-shift schedule /li liIntermediate proficiency in English /li /ul pWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
